Dr. Katie Matzke was absolutely incredible. I knew that my 7 year old cat Crash was in caring and credible hands from the moment I contacted her. She showed so much compassion and care for both of us, and her procedures are explained thoroughly and done with the animal’s comfort as her absolute top priority.
I lost my sweet fur baby of 16 years recently and reached out to Katie to have her remains cremated. Katie arrived very quickly, expressed her condolences, and explained to me the process. She was so compassionate and gentle when handling and transporting my precious fur baby. Katie personally returned the remains in etched urn within a few days and included the sweetest handwritten letter with her condolences and a sweet clay paw print. I am so very thankful to have chosen her for this process.
After a very sad day , I had to write review for Dr. Katie, she was absolutely amazing today when we had to put our sweet girl down today , she became very ill overnight and my husband called her this afternoon and she came over almost right away . She was so compassionate and as anyone knows it’s the most difficult part of life !! I’m so happy we called and she made the time for us , it really is the best way for everyone to come to the house where our Sierra was comfortable in her own bed so she could go very peacefully!! When it came time to put our family dog of 15 years down, we used Dr. Matzke’s Rover Vet Care for his home euthanasia. She was so respectful as she walked us through the process.
