Our family is so very grateful for the professionalism and compassion that Dr Matzke provided my family in our dearest dog Heidi's final hour. She was completely accommodating to our desires to allow Heidi to pass outside in the sunshine in our yard. This was Heidi's favorite place to be. Dr Matzte was prepared and respectful. It was a lovely ending to a well lived dog life. Our family would highly recommend Dr Matzke for a peaceful and compassionate ending.
Dr. Cadmus came out to provide at home euthanasia for my Mom's beloved dog yesterday. She arrived very quickly after all formalities were handled. She was so compassionate the whole time, explained step by step what she was doing and why. She was sure to make sure the dog was treated with dignity the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend her, Rover and Eternal Memories.
We had the very sad task of having our beloved golden doodle Tito euthanized today. After reading all the reviews of a few places that had someone come to your house I decided on Rover. Dr. Lindsay was so caring and explained everything to us so we knew exactly what she was doing. Plus she gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes. I highly recommend this place if you ever need something like this for you beloved animal.
Katie was wonderful in taking care of our old boy Moe (Chocolate Lab). Losing a family member is the most difficult thing to do but doing it in our home with Rover Vet was a Godsend and we will always choose this route in the future. Thank you Katie.
Being able to have your pet in their own home and comfortable for their euthanasia is such a blessing. From the first email to the end of the appointment Katie is attentive and compassionate. She makes you with a beautiful paw imprint before she leaves so you have a keepsake of your loved pet before she leaves.
10/10 would recommend to use, 10/10 hope you never have to.
This is not exactly the most fun review to have but Katie at Rover Vet was incredible. Not only was she compassionate about the fact that I had to put my dog down but she truly took the time to explain everything, allow me a chance to grieve and say goodbye and did not rush the process.
Katie has helped us put two of our elderly dogs down over the last two years. She does it with sympathy and care, explaining as she goes so you don't feel rushed. Knowing our dogs didn't have to go through the extra stress of going to an on-site vet was worth it to us. We highly recommend Rover.
